Every Rowabi light is woven by hand, then stocked in our Houston warehouse — ready to ship the moment you order. That’s why a Rowabi fixture reaches your door in days, while most handcrafted lighting takes weeks. Here’s exactly what to expect after you place your order.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $200
Shipping is free on every order over $200 within the 48 contiguous United States — no minimum-quantity games, no oversize surcharge on our larger shades.
For orders under $200, shipping is calculated by parcel weight and dimensions, and the exact amount appears in your cart before you check out. No surprises at the last step.
Standard Delivery: UPS or FedEx — 3–5 Business Days
Every order ships via UPS or FedEx Ground with package protection and full tracking. Transit typically takes 3–5 business days once your order has shipped.
Your order, step by step:
- Order placed — you’ll receive a confirmation email right away.
- Ships in 1–2 business days — we carefully pack your light in Houston and send your tracking information as soon as the shipping label is created.
- Expected delivery in 3–5 business days — UPS or FedEx will deliver your order with full tracking from shipment to arrival.
While we always hope your package arrives as scheduled, please keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-Order Items
Designs marked Pre-Order aren’t sitting on a shelf — each one is being woven by hand for you, and ships on the timeline shown on its product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order pieces, we’ll send the in-stock items first at no extra cost, so you’re never waiting on one light to receive another.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships, and you can check your status anytime on our Track Order page. If anything looks off, our team can see exactly where your parcel is — just reach out.
Uncollected or Undeliverable Packages
If a package comes back to us because it wasn’t collected or couldn’t be delivered, we’ll get in touch to arrange redelivery. A second shipping fee applies, since the original cost has already been paid to the carrier.
If you’re often out during the day, UPS My Choice and FedEx Delivery Manager let you redirect your delivery to a day that suits you — or send it to your work address instead.
Address Corrections
A complete address is the single best way to make sure your light arrives on the first attempt. If an address is incomplete or incorrect and the package can’t be delivered, a re-shipment fee covers the additional handling and carrier costs:
- Shade 18” or less: $45
- Shade 19” – 24”: $85
- Shade 25” – 31”: $135
- Shade 32” – 40”: $195
If you’d rather cancel than re-ship, the original shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
Before checking out, take a moment to confirm your address includes any suite or apartment number, building name, or gate code. It takes ten seconds and saves everyone the trouble.
