Delivery Time
We have enhanced our service to include 3-5 shipping days for all orders. Please note that while we are committed to providing swift delivery, there may be occasional internal delays within local post offices or shipping carrier; once the package is in their custody. These delays, though rare, are beyond our control.
For most oversize, heavy, or oddly shaped items, we typically use the standard ground shipping method. Due to the specific characteristics of these packages, we regretfully cannot provide expedited shipping options.
Shipping Fees
All prices are exclusive of shipping fees. Shipping charges are added to the order and are paid by the customer. These charges are calculated by the parcel's weight and/or dimensions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed in your shopping cart.
Articles Not Collected
Rowabi cannot be held responsible for parcels not received or collected. If parcels are not collected, they will be returned to us. We are not responsible for items shipped back to us. We will charge the customer again for sending the package a second time if a parcel has not been received or collected on the first shipping. You could consider providing us with your work address instead of your home address.
Shipping Address Corrections
If the shipping address provided by the customer is found to be incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient, resulting in the package being undeliverable, we will need to charge a fee to resend the package to the correct address
The fee for this service will be depending on the size of package. This covers the additional labor and shipping costs incurred to reship the package. Alternatively, if the customer is requested to cancel the original order, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount
Diameter of 18” or less: $35
Diameter of 19” to 24": $60
Diameter of 25” to 28": $95
Diameter of 29” to 32": $130
Diameter of 33” to 36": $185
To avoid this fee, please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and includes all necessary details such as suite/apartment numbers, building names, etc
Damage
Our parcels are packed with the greatest care, and are sent with insured postal services. Should damage occur during transport, we will replace or refund the damaged item. To start a claim, we must open a case with the postal services within 7 days.

Send us pictures of the damage within 30 days
We will send you a return label so you can send us back the item free of charge. We replace the damaged item, or if you prefer, we proceed with a refund.
Returns
Rowabi strives for 100% satisfaction of its customers. If one or more articles are not up to your satisfaction after receiving them, you hold the right to notify us within 45 days and send them back to us. If you do not notify us within the aforementioned time frame, the items are considered sold. For any damage caused by us, we cover the return shipping fee. For any other reasons, the items must be undamaged and shipped to us in their original packaging. Sending the item back to us and custody is at your own expense. We will refund the purchase price of the items within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

Complaints and Defects
Despite taking very good care of all items sent, an article can somehow get damaged or defective. If the outside of the packaging appears to be damaged due to transportation, it is very important to notify the delivery company when you receive the parcel or to refuse to accept the parcel. If you notify us within 30 days of receiving your parcel, we will replace the damaged or defective items at no extra charge. Damage reported outside the return window stated above is not eligible for return, as it may result from storage conditions.
